Growing up in the salon business had its perks for Johnathan. He says ” Observing and watching how things run was always a curiosity for me”. After working at a high end salon in his late teens to early 20’s He learned a few things on how the business worked. He decided to further his education and attended UCLA. When Shades opened up in March of 2007 he took that opportunity to put his management experience and education to work. He has  been with Shades since the beginning and has helped the business grow with a strong compassion for the environment and being green.

Working hand in hand with Susan, Johnathan oversees the day to day operations of Susan Henry Naturals overseeing our team of reps and shippers to ensure consistency, excellent customer service and fulfillment of orders.
